Using cag for appetite control & cutting reta
Has anyone had success with using cag for appetite control? I’m currently taking .5mg reta 3x/week but I am fairly confident the reta is causing my flat mood and disconnection from others . I workout 5 days/week, I’m overall very active, but I struggle with a ton of food noise and over eating. With the GLPs I am finally seeing the changes in my body I want since I’m not ruining all my work with my diet, but if this is the cause of my mood changes I cannot keep with it. I currently use -AOD -5 amino (will cycle with Mots) - will be starting Ipamorelin I’m debating cutting reta and using cag instead for appetite control. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Just it can for sure make you tired so start slow on that one!
Snap-8 with microneedling
I just received my Snap-8 and am excited to use it. I have read to apply it 1-2x a day, but how often should we be microneedling (stamp or roller) with it?

You want to give 3 to 4 days in between for the derma rolling to allow the skin to do its healing thing!
KLO
Hi I just finished GLOW and now starting KLO for first time. Is there any side effects. Also dosing suggestions? Thank you

You may want to take a break from the KLOW for a few weeks. Those both of TB-500 and BPC-157 and those should be cycled IMO. In regards to side effects, its not known to have a ton of side effects and if you did well on GLOW you should be fine on KLOW, but these things are unique to the individual.
Stacking and cycling
I just cycled off my KLOW and starting IPA/CJC on Monday and still on Reta 1mg weekly. I loved what KLOw did for my skin so I am wondering if I need to wait or can start a round of GHK-cu while I am cycling off KLOW for 6 weeks? Or if there is something else I can take while being off of KLOW?

From what I know....GHK-Cu doesn’t need to be cycled because it’s something your body already naturally produces, and it’s not a receptor-driven peptide. It’s not binding to and overstimulating a specific receptor like a lot of other peptides, it works more by supporting gene expression and your body’s natural repair processes. Because of that, we don’t see receptor burnout or diminishing effects over time, which is why it’s commonly used continuously. That being said we don't really know a lot about continuous use of it from the injectable format, so I still think it might be wise to take a break from it here and there.
Peptide Spotlight- GHK-CU
I have so much love for this tiny but mighty peptide! Obviously its ability for improving skin goes without saying, but its DNA expression is insane. We are just beginning to understand all the things it can do. I personally believe it should be part of everyone's health optimization program if it's well tolerated. This deeper dive is posted here but also under the classroom tab up top where all of the spotlights and guides are posted! REMINDER FOR THE NEWBIES....
