Effective Immediately New Discounts for Zelle and Echeck payments

Hi Everyone... working with this high risk credit card processor is proving to be a nightmare. The fees on our end are pushing over 35% (that's not a typo) and the fail rate (as some of you have experienced) is super high. In an effort to not raise product prices we are trying to incentivize you to use Zelle or Echeck. We just changed the Zelle discount from 3% to 5% (this is the preferred method of paying) and the Edebit is now 3% (we weren't offering a discount before ). That being said we will continue to keep this processor until we can find a better alternative, but man it's been a challenge to say the least.
