Did not do my writing block 😑

Apart from that a good day, walked down to the nearest waterfall, meditation & back.

's question of the stories we tell ourselves is staying with me, and I'm grateful to have the time and choice of to not only do something like this, but to be spoilt for a choice of waterfall.

I have considered taking a plunge, but have not been brave enough...it is SUPER cold.

Got some good news at work, will share that in the call.

Mushrooms are ticking over - I need to find another customer, already hit the pizza guy's cap on Tuesday in a single delivery. Last night as I was fluffing around in my lab 😉 I realised how much potential I have sitting there - liquid cultures ready to go, waiting, going stale.

There - not quite the writing block it should have been but not nothing either.
