A really super solid day- prob best day of the year to date if I can even manage to rate them.
Self care was on fire yesterday- began with a new supplement program (AG1), started the am off with a meditation and some yoga, got myself organized around the office/ studio in preparation for a big trades pre-construction meeting that happens today for the greenhouse project, helped my oldest daughter out with some car troubles (and paid for them - which earned me a sweet text of appreciation containing 3 heart emojis), downed 80+ oz of water and been slaying it on the healthy eating, had a great session at Tae Kwon Do and finished the night off with some reading. Mind and body felt great.
(Hoping to turn this into a rinse and repeat type of cycle 😁)
