Hello everyone! Here to share... I completed fast 40 last year. I was so pleased with my results. I dropped about 15 lbs and felt great. Went back to the gym and the lbs came back 😭. Of course I tried working harder at the gym and focused on my food but with no result. I am a sugar burner again! I realize I was able to lose fat on Fast 40 while not working out. So I am back and truly open to my post fast 40 lifestyle. Open to changing my exercise routine, with the acceptance that what I have been doing no longer serves me because I can't get the results I want to achieve.
Got through day 1! I forgot how hard the loading days are.
