I’ve been on a diet since I was about 10 years old- I’m 50 now. It’s hard to reverse what every doctor and weight loss plan tells you, but I’ve seen it in action. I went up to eating 8 ounces (with fear and trembling) over the weekend. I have a medium active lifestyle- busy, working, three kids. I wasn’t seeing as much progress, so I added more food and just like that- I’m down .8lbs this morning.
