Just something I wanted to share from this morning. I’ve realized that once I understood my body and how important fueling is - the formula becomes pretty simple! This round started off frustrating for me because I was fighting the daily habits (fueling, water, adding in too much movement) and now I’m stepping back and focusing on the big areas:
- Fuel 8 oz 2. Upping ounces if movement is up 3. Water intake 3. Sleep
