Wanted to share a HUGE win over the weekend! For the first time I ate enough by how my body FELT, not just what the food scale said 🤩 31 days in and I finally understand what Dr. Golman means when he says "how your body feels". Since beginning the program, I've thought that took intake was something I could calculate but it's not, it's truly being in step with your body.
