Inexpensive quartz Rolex DJ copy/alternative?

I like the practicality and low price of quartz watches. Yet I quite like the fluted bezel designs of sports watches like Rolex Datejust, Tudor Prince, or Orient President. Can you recommend any inexpensive quartz alternatives? I really don't care about the brands, just about the aesthetic effect.

38-41mm case (I have 16 cm circumference thin wrists, want to avoid visually shrinking my hands/forearms)
Silver (white metal) case possibly with gold details, white/black face
Sapphire glass
Quiet — no loud ticking
