Ball Fireman Victory — sports watch with Clous de Paris
Today I had the pleasure of trying on Ball Fireman Victory NM2098C-S5J-SL, with a beautiful silver Clous de Paris motif. It has a textured dial, instead of fluted bezel (like with Rolex DJ and similar entries). This makes it very luxurious looking while being a bit more understated. A 40 mm case is on the larger end for me, but I think it still fits my wrist without overpowering it. I would have bought it if it wasn't automatic. Do you guys know some quartz-powered alternatives for this look?

Good looking watch. Not my style or colors, so good luck to everyone!
Inexpensive quartz Rolex DJ copy/alternative?
I like the practicality and low price of quartz watches. Yet I quite like the fluted bezel designs of sports watches like Rolex Datejust, Tudor Prince, or Orient President. Can you recommend any inexpensive quartz alternatives? I really don't care about the brands, just about the aesthetic effect. Requirements: - Quartz, best if solar - 38-41mm case (I have 16 cm circumference thin wrists, want to avoid visually shrinking my hands/forearms) - Silver (white metal) case possibly with gold details, white/black face - Sapphire glass - Quiet — no loud ticking - Luxurious-looking Rolex DJ DNA with fluted bezel (photos below)

Hello everyone! My name's Chris (32) and I'm a software developer & life coach from Poland. I'm very interested in all areas of self-improvement and human flourishing. I love learning about various systems and philosophies. I lead a small, international initiative called Thriving Individuals, which is aimed at providing support for free people on their journey to greatness. In the past few months, I have once again decided to delve deeper into looksmaxxing and stylemaxxing. I've been inspired by a bolder Italian/Rome style of classical menswear. The photo below is from the time when I was still wearing only black & white, but no more! Thanks to you and other style teachers, I have graduated into mixed outfits with blue/gray/red/silver. If you're interested in any type of self-improvement — getting direction in life, achieving your goals, knowledge management, health optimization, getting clearer on your values, redefining your beliefs to serve you, spirituality — feel free to message me! I love helping people on their path to excellence and exchanging wisdom. See you around!
