Day 20 #30 day challenge - Blue Monday
It's been a day, I took the pics this morning and forgot to post, better late than never I guess. I'm wearing the wife watch today a gift from Jacqui before we were married. This watch originally came on a bracelet but when she purchased the watch she had them put it on a black leather strap, it hit me that I'd never actually seen it on the bracelet, so yesterday I spent hours in the shed looking for the bracelet and here it is. What do we think?

Day #20 of the 30 Day Challenge → Lenqin Blue Chronograph
Happy "Blue" Monday! Recently, our friend @David Denham Jr picked up an amazing tank watch on Amazon for $9.99. I missed out on that one before it went out of stock. But in searching for it, came across multiple offerings from Lenqin, another Chinese brand, for $9.99. So thought I would risk a ten spot or two to try them out. Loving blue dials but not having more than a couple for "Blue Mondays", I decided to pick this one up at the $9,99 price, the Lenqin Blue Chronograph Watch, 46mm with a 20mm strap. But before you rush in to buy this one as I did, be aware that the sub-dials are non-functioning, and FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY. So, for ten bucks, a very nice-looking beater, perhaps. In interested, also be aware that this one comes with no box, arriving in a plastic sleeve instead, with a fabric sleeve containing the watch. It does come with a small instruction sheet and a small cleaning cloth. It fits very comfortably and well, , is very light weight, and the crown is very easy-spinning on the border of loose. The date function worked very well. Water resistant to 30m. The lume is nice in the beginning, and lasts about as long as one might expect from a $9.99 watch. But lume is never a big deal, for me. Overall, it is very comfortable, and if it holds up while keeping accurate time while looking nice, it will be worth the $9.99 price. A ten dollar lesson learned regarding the non-functioning sub-dials. Here is a link if interested. In addition to the Field Watch I picked up with this one, Lenqin has several other $9.99 offerings still available in different styles, as well. → https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DN4Y1SGH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 Best wishes for a Marvelous "Blue" Monday, everyone😀

Love the sunburst blue and the strap combo is awesome, 10 bucks is an great deal. I think @David Denham Jr is onto something here, $10 is a great way to try out a style.

Perfect watch for the job, I love doing new season plantings, I'll be clearing the vegetables beds this weekend to prepare for winter planting.
Vacheron Constantin boutique at W+W Geneva
This one is for @Brett Sutton Here are some highlights from Vacheron this year, they had the 4 most complicated timepieces in the world on display which is a once in a lifetime thing to be able to see. 100 million dollars in one cabinet is just insane. A clock, a wristwatch and 2 pocket watches. I'll name them below in case anyone wants to buy me one. "La Quête du Temps" "Reference 57260" "Berkley Grand Complication" "Solaria Ultra Grand Complication" Want to know what time to see a specific constellation over Geneva at a certain time of the year? Ask the automat it will tell you! I'll post more to follow from some of the incredible watch brands that spent their time with me as soon as I can organise my photos.

Wow! That 1st piece and the pocket watch are my favourites.
Good news! Glycine and more….
I wore my Glycine watch today. And my friend is wearing his Tissot Carson Automatic for our WOTD. We got to meet James May once again.
