Sometimes also referred to as a Red Panda (though the dial is orange) this was my first ever Chronograph watch and honestly I bought it for the dial color. It has a pretty typical chronograph layout, an alarm that I can’t hear due to poor hearing (though people around me can hear it) and the outer bezel ring is a tachymeter used to measure speed over a fixed distance. The alarm can also be used as a GMT sub-dial. It has been a while since I have worn it, but as I needed something to fit under my flannel shirt cuff, it became my watch of the day!

Monterey is on the wrist today. I’m currently on the fence about letting this one go from the collection next year. I guess we’ll see!
