Demand Generation & Funnel Support: Partner with Marketing to refine campaign messaging and audience targeting, develop use-case-led narratives for top- and mid-funnel campaigns, provide product proof points and positioning support, maintain and optimize presence on review platforms such as G2 and Capterra. Free Trial & Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with Digital and PLG teams to improve onboarding content and in-app messaging, analyze trial performance data and propose messaging improvements to increase conversion. Sales & Revenue Enablement: Create and maintain pitch decks battlecards and product collateral, support trial-to-paid transitions with clear differentiation messaging, monitor competitor positioning and contribute to competitive intelligence updates, maintain product marketing tools and AI-supported enablement resources. ──────────────────────── QUALIFICATIONS ──────────────────────── Qualifications: Experience in B2B SaaS (FinTech preferred), strong commercial awareness linking product features to customer outcomes, hands-on experience in messaging content or GTM execution, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to simplify complex financial or technical concepts, familiarity with North American market and/or QuickBooks ecosystem preferred, experience contributing to commercial-impact content or enablement assets.
