Lifting Principle
One lifting principle I live by now: consistency beats intensity. Small actions, repeated daily, quietly outperform extremes every time. When I used to binge eat, to try and diminish the harm I did to my body, I would over exercise till the point of exhaustion, and I would restrict calories severely. This only caused further binge episodes.
