No energy.
Hi all! I have a question, since iv been vegan iv had more energy but the last couple of days iv had little to no energy and one day two days ago I spent the whole day barely able to keep my eyes open. Iv been taking a B12 supplement and using my cpap and trying to be as active as possible. It’s also been in the 90s here so I don’t know if it’s heat exhaustion, a vitamin deficiency or what. I have been anemic in the past but not for a long time. Has anyone else experienced this? I wanted to maybe ask you guys and try to save a doctor visit.

@Sam Gullo that’s strange to me to cancel out all teas hard for me to understand that because tea is infused natural herbs that you take in that targets different parts of your body that needs healing. Many of those herbs are highly beneficial for some kind of healing. So maybe I’m missing something about that so can you please explain his reasoning as to why he has tea in your avoid list?

It’s been a week or so since I’ve posted on here, life has sort of flown by me! Usually I have something fun to share but today in the spirit of reflection on this beautiful weekend at least where I’m to, what are some wins from your week this week! I’ll go first, despite all the change going on in my life I’m able to keep up with growing my social media and not stressing about the finer details as much. (thanks @Alexis Nee Vegan Squad Coach for being such an awesome coach) on top of keeping up with my job, and my fitness, and keeping my steps and meals in check! Did a hike last weekend that was 10 km along the rugged coast line (not doing the conversion into miles haha) that was rated moderate but with hills and if you had asked me a year or go to go that long I would have thought you were mental on a warm day. Honestly had a blast and kept up! Hit some PRs with my lifts but the focus this week is just being able to push through when life throws you some lemons on the employment front. What about you guys!? What are you grateful for this week, what are wins (yes roses and thorns talk)

My wins hmmm let’s see I’m still only lifting 5lbs because it’s easier for me to exercise at home and I can’t afford to buy bigger weights 😞 BUT 😃 I exercise everyday regardless and regardless it’s only 5lbs it still works.. I see improvement 😁 well a little 🥴 but at least I’m doing something until I could afford to buy a set of bigger w8s. I’m consistant withit and that’s what matters to me. It’s big progress for me because 1s upon a time was hard to get myself motivated to exercise consistently (and well except for days depression sets in those don’t count 😐) so yea I use to skip days or shorten my exercise routine so yea 😐 big win for me 😁

Does exercise order matter?
I get this all the time from clients. They're like "Hey, you sent me the list and I'm supposed to do this, and then this, and then this, but can I do it backwards? What if the gym is packed?" At the end of the day, do your best. If the gym is packed and you can only go in the order that you can, do so. But if you're asking what is optimal, following the exercises in the order listed is best. For example, on your back day, you're probably going to have in your program a lat pullover, where you're doing an isolation movement to get your lats warmed up. This isn't to grow you into the biggest, strongest, leanest, sexiest human alive. It's to allow your mind-muscle connection to get with your lats, get some blood flow in there, and then be better able to perform on your next exercises more safely. So exercise order does matter. Do your best. If you can, follow it the way I've listed it out. Question for this group: do you perform your compounds or isolation movements first?
