Help us feed a rescued Ridglan Beagle for a year!
The Ridglan beagles have been rescued and the generous people stepping up to foster or permanently adopt them deserve all the support we can give. Vegan Squad Coaching together with Virtuous Vittles founders Briana and Lisbeth, are co-sponsoring a full year of Virtuous Vittles meals, for one Ridglan beagle and their new family. Virtuous Vittles is 100% plant-based, human-grade, and a delicious morsels in gravy texture dogs love. We want YOU to help us decide where it goes. Nominate someone who has recently fostered or adopted a Ridglan beagle — or someone you know who is ready to open their home to one. This runs the entire month of June. Donations and nominations are open all month long. At the end, we'll read through the stories, choose the most moving one, and announce the winning family. Funny story
My body is pretty good at hypertrophy so I often get folks asking me about my workout routine. The other day a young girl came up to me and said “I have to have your arms. What do I need to do?” So, tongue in cheek, I started with “well, you have to be vegan”. Without missing beat she said “ok, and what else.” 😂. I rolled with it after that and let her take that in. I felt a little pang of guilt for a moment, but I think overall I’m pretty happy with myself. I hope I see her again so I can see how it plays out. It’s the little things that keep me sane.

It’s been a week or so since I’ve posted on here, life has sort of flown by me! Usually I have something fun to share but today in the spirit of reflection on this beautiful weekend at least where I’m to, what are some wins from your week this week! I’ll go first, despite all the change going on in my life I’m able to keep up with growing my social media and not stressing about the finer details as much. (thanks @Alexis Nee Vegan Squad Coach for being such an awesome coach) on top of keeping up with my job, and my fitness, and keeping my steps and meals in check! Did a hike last weekend that was 10 km along the rugged coast line (not doing the conversion into miles haha) that was rated moderate but with hills and if you had asked me a year or go to go that long I would have thought you were mental on a warm day. Honestly had a blast and kept up! Hit some PRs with my lifts but the focus this week is just being able to push through when life throws you some lemons on the employment front. What about you guys!? What are you grateful for this week, what are wins (yes roses and thorns talk)
Been a looong time
Hi everyone, just wanted to re-introduce myself. I’m Jon and I live in Asheville nc and my wife and I have a food business called Compassionste Kitchen (we manufacture vegan, organic baking mixes). I started this program in November 2025 and have continued to stick with it since then. I have had the most amazing results- and not just in how I look. My energy is up, my confidence is up, I am significantly stronger all around, and I’m getting more and more people asking me abt my diet. I work in construction and so many guys have been asking me how i can be strong and vegan. It’s been amazing; this journey has changed my life. And most importantly, it’s made me a more effective vegan advocate. I know my journey is still continuing, but hopefully you can see by the videos (first is before I started and other is a few weeks ago) that significant change has happened. I hope to engage more and am so happy this place exists. Vegan for the animals😀😀
