Plasticity - Boolean operation issues

Hi,

I am following the tutorials to model an Apple watch in Plasticity, so far so good, but I am now stuck when I am performing a Boolean operation which leaves a hole behind that is also tricky to patch. In the video tutorial there is no such a hold when performing the same operation. Any ideas what may be the issue? Did I miss something? Thanks.
