It's slightly late but I did my 48 hours fast!!! No headache weakness dizziness bc I hydrated like a mofo with electrolyte water..I literally feel the autophagy happening .my skin gets tighter in my face .my skin gets a glow...
It's easy to eat healthy here in Greece lol Greek salad yummy!!!
