Birthday/ Father’s Day
For a number of years I remember thinking if I could just get back to my High School/ College physique, it would be awesome, but that last 10lbs of fat was just too hard to cut and those weights were just a little to heavy… well thanks to accepting that TRT is Ok, and Zepbound is OK, and it’s OK to still lift heavy in my 50s… today I am 52 years old, 152 (high school weight) and hit my goals. So here is my question now. Do I push for more, or do I maintain. I am finding when I drop weight from where I am at, my bench press, squats, and deadlifts decrease, which I prefer strength over more cut. Also at 2 x weight 305lbs deadlifts X 2 and 275lbs squat x 6 , and benching 185lbs x 10 reps, do I push for more, or do I maintain?
