The Stall
Been stuck for 3 weeks with everything dialed in. My guess is my calories have been to low so I’m increasing intake this week to see. Anyone else dealt with this?

@Mathew Golemme Thank you. Very likely could be both.

@Jim Markley correct sir. Thank you.
Cardio
I’m curious what you’ve seen work for fat loss while limiting muscle loss. I was doing a lot of running / HITT Training and recently went to 60 minutes of walking on an 6 incline at 3-3.2 mph. I’ve read that the lower intensity can help to target fat. Then again, cardio is cardio.

@Jerry King that is an issue with high intensity. Plus, I found myself not having the energy to lift later in the day.
Shift to Tirzepatide
I have been on a formulated Semaglutide for the last two months. I have had some good results, but the side effects have been kicking my butt. I have decided to shift over to formulated Tirzepatide. From what I have read, there are decreased side effects and better anti-inflammation benefits. Nervous to be starting something new. Thankfully, I’m not starting at the lowest dose since I was already titrated up on Semaglutide. Anyone have experience switching over?

You will love it. When retatrutide gets approved, it will be wild. A billion Dollar drug.

All that with your test in the 200’s. Bro, you are going to love what’s coming.
Weighted Vest
I wanted to encourage anyone over 50. A couple of years ago, I gained several pounds of muscle but was not lifting on a regular basis. What I was doing was hiking for 45 minutes daily with a weighted vest. My doctor said there was some research supporting that as an outcome. I’ve kept that in my cardio routine a few times a week. If you decide to do this, start with no more than 10% of your body weight and work up from there.
