Hello!
Im Anthony thanks for having me. I live in Brooksville FL. 46 years old For the first time in my life I stuck to New years resolution. No alcohol No fast food No fried food Since NYE I've worked out consistently in my new garage gym 4-5 days a week. Down from 230 to 165. I've been using CJC-1295/ipam no dac Ss-31 / Mots-c Glow Blood work shows TT at 290 VA won't give me Test so im doing it on my own starting last week with the help of an online mens clinic. Time to build up now. Joined this group for the shared experience, information, guidance and camaraderie.

Shift to Tirzepatide
I have been on a formulated Semaglutide for the last two months. I have had some good results, but the side effects have been kicking my butt. I have decided to shift over to formulated Tirzepatide. From what I have read, there are decreased side effects and better anti-inflammation benefits. Nervous to be starting something new. Thankfully, I’m not starting at the lowest dose since I was already titrated up on Semaglutide. Anyone have experience switching over?

My only side effect is dry mouth. So now I just chew gum.
Thanks
I’ve been following Lane since his pastoral & kajabi days. It was great to see his transformation and one I haven’t quite finished. I started at 350 (603) many years ago. Lost 100 pounds and spent the last few years between 280-290. It’s time to get to the forever weight and I had been on that journey for about 6 weeks when I ran across Lane’s new channel so here I am.

Welcome!!
Blood work
So I've lost 65 lb since October and started TRT in November. I'm switching TRT clinics so I had to get blood work done. And the comparison from when the last time I had my lipids tested which was August 24th 2024 when I weighed 253 lbs to now is crazy. My testosterone went from 240 and now it's at the 831. Weight ~178 lb 6/18/26 ~253 lb 8/24/2024 Total Cholesterol 177 mg/dL 6/18/26 136 mg/dL 8/24/2024 HDL ("Good") 33 mg/dL 6/18/26 57 mg/dL 8/24/2024 LDL ("Bad") 112 mg/dL 6/18/26 65 mg/dL 8/24/2024 Triglycerides 182 mg/dL 6/18/26 70 mg/dL 8/24/2024
Thankful to join Triple Reset
Hi guys, my name's Mat, I'm 42 and have been overweight or obese most of my life. This year I became especially concerned while going to the doctor in January and found I was 310lbs (I knew i was fat, but didnt think that bad). Furthermore, I had some tests done and was diagnosed with level 1 Nash or Fatty Liver disease. I knew I had to do something to get my health better or soon I wont be round for my family. I started some mild exercise and limited dieting while trying to get approved for Zepbound. I lost 6 lbs in Febraury, then was approved for and started Zepbound on March 26. The food noise almost immediately disappeared, I started eating much healthier and smaller portions, began walking an average daily13,000 steps and use free weights at home. Happy to say I lost about 32lbs since March and I'm down to 272lbs, however, I want to start going to the gym to weight train as I know thats a key step in any weight loss journey. I"m looking for any tips from my fellow weight loss brothers especially in resitance training which I have no experience. Nevertheless, happy to offer my guidance & tips for the things I have experienced. Best of luck to everyone in their journeys!

Congratulations on the weight loss. I use the hevy app to track my workouts. It's easy to use and you can make four routines for free. More than that it's $6 a month. When you start working out take it slow and get used to the machines. You'll get sore but it only lasts 3 days. Takes about 6 months till you finally start getting in the groove.
