Communication through profanity is both lazy and toxic. When Aaron said we have to stand guard with what comes into our mind and our mouth, I had something click. In writing, you can say something is really funny or you can say it's hilarious. I could drop the F-Bomb or I could articulate my frustration. One is more intentional, one is lazy. On the flip side, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions. When I drop an F-Bomb out of frustration it is a sign that there's frustration internally that is coming out of my mouth, almost like a junky car leaks fuel.
