Communication through profanity is both lazy and toxic. When Aaron said we have to stand guard with what comes into our mind and our mouth, I had something click. In writing, you can say something is really funny or you can say it's hilarious. I could drop the F-Bomb or I could articulate my frustration. One is more intentional, one is lazy. On the flip side, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions. When I drop an F-Bomb out of frustration it is a sign that there's frustration internally that is coming out of my mouth, almost like a junky car leaks fuel. Thanks for the reframe @Aaron Seaton
First call scheduled for Friday
@Aaron Seaton My cold email campaign must be pretty good. I have a 56% open rate and three people wrote emails saying they felt validated. Someone booked a call for Friday! I’m not ready to do a direct sell yet - I’ve only just committed to the challenge. I don’t have a program start date yet. And I wasn’t planning on opening up 1:1s (although I suppose I could for the right price.). So I’d like to use this as an opportunity to do a bit of an ask campaign. What should I focus on? Please help! Thank you!!! 🙏🏼

And find folks to role play with. This is where you get great at sales. Listen to your own calls daily and listen to your certainty. Make sure you have a clear outcome. And reinforce the belief you have in your product daily.
