Getting the reps in with the P.A.I.D. formula and practicing the calm tone in the Acknowledge stage really helped to maintain openness and almost like a partnership between the prospect and I.
I even had people apologize to me and thank me when they couldn’t afford it or if it wasn’t a fit.
