Grateful for Today’s Role Play Call
Today was the biggest day in my new role and I was able to close our highest ticket offer twice. Getting the reps in with the P.A.I.D. formula and practicing the calm tone in the Acknowledge stage really helped to maintain openness and almost like a partnership between the prospect and I. I even had people apologize to me and thank me when they couldn’t afford it or if it wasn’t a fit. Thank you for such an awesome framework and system!

I think my biggest takeaway was that there are repeatable patterns that you can expect to see ant each stage of the call. The better you get at seeing them, the better you can help your prospect. There’s been some sales where I miss something in the discovery for instance and I know our solution could have helped them. So I have a moral obligation to learn the patterns better to serve more people and change more lives.
Objection!
Hey fam, how do you diffuse the objection of: "Im speaking to another coach next week" I booked a follow up for after the call with the person- I RARELY get this objection. maybe 1 call out of 30 but still I want to handle it the right way. In my mind, its a logistical handle, but dont know how to logistically conquer it so I can help these people. Really appreciate your advice

Saw this on a call yesterday with my boss. My boss ended up scheduling a follow up onboarding call and asking him what time the other call was (called the bluff). The prospect couldn't answer and started to get nervous. It turned out the prospect wasn't speaking with another coach. It helped to see their character and if they'd be a good fit for the program.
