8K PIF with Damage Admission
Used the damage admission and fast action upgrade Aaron Seaton taught us couple weeks back and noticed a massive relief in tension in the call when it came to the investment drop. I value stacked 3 things on top of the original program to just over deliver the value and it helped the buyer lower their focus on price which helped me get an 8k PIF.
