IT band Syndrome
Hello to the entire community,
I would like your opinion or feedback on my condition:
IT band syndrome/lateral knee pain when running, lunges, running on a hyrox, and descending mountains.
I've suffered from this chronically for several years and I can't seem to get over it. Do you have any ideas for exercises, videos, or stimulus training movements to prioritize and include in my routine ?
From your perspective as a professional (I'm a French osteopath), what movements could be most helpful/missing to work on this injury? I have many trailers patient who suffers for the same thing..
Have any of you fix this issue with your clients or yourself, and how?
