Good workouts to do after injury
my friend made me do this workout Block A Bench knee raises 15x3 each leg Air squats 20 lunges to the blue line Air squats 20 Lunges black to yellow (1 rep of 6) Block B 6 jump squats snap kicks to blue line 6 jump squats leg extensions/frankensteins back to yellow (1 rep of 6) 3 sets of each block and this workout gave me a grade 1 muscle strain and i couldn’t walk properly for a week. i was thinking maybe curve 100s as my first workout back
Missed Opportunity?
I figured I'd ask but I think I know an answer. I had a track meet this weekend. But I injured my right foot two days before and tried to hurry the healing process. Its getting better but idk if it will be ready by the time of the meet. I decided not to go and focus on the off season to get better but worried I'm not committing myself. It's really the back of my foot and I can kinda run and stuff. But when I go to try and jump, I second guess the process and don't follow through. Any thoughts?
