Good workouts to do after injury
my friend made me do this workout Block A Bench knee raises 15x3 each leg Air squats 20 lunges to the blue line Air squats 20 Lunges black to yellow (1 rep of 6) Block B 6 jump squats snap kicks to blue line 6 jump squats leg extensions/frankensteins back to yellow (1 rep of 6) 3 sets of each block and this workout gave me a grade 1 muscle strain and i couldn’t walk properly for a week. i was thinking maybe curve 100s as my first workout back

@Jayden R I wouldn’t jump straight into curve 100s. Start with drills, strides, and short accelerations (20–30m) at 60–80%. If you’re pain free during and the next day, then gradually progress. Don’t rush a grade 1 strain.
Missed Opportunity?
I figured I'd ask but I think I know an answer. I had a track meet this weekend. But I injured my right foot two days before and tried to hurry the healing process. Its getting better but idk if it will be ready by the time of the meet. I decided not to go and focus on the off season to get better but worried I'm not committing myself. It's really the back of my foot and I can kinda run and stuff. But when I go to try and jump, I second guess the process and don't follow through. Any thoughts?

You didn’t miss an opportunity you protected your future. If you’re second guessing jumps, your body isn’t ready yet. Heal first, then attack the offseason healthy.
