my friend made me do this workout
Block A
Bench knee raises 15x3 each leg
Air squats 20
lunges to the blue line
Air squats 20
Lunges black to yellow
(1 rep of 6)
Block B
6 jump squats
snap kicks to blue line
6 jump squats
leg extensions/frankensteins back to yellow
(1 rep of 6)
3 sets of each block
and this workout gave me a grade 1 muscle strain and i couldn’t walk properly for a week. i was thinking maybe curve 100s as my first workout back
