Structure
I seem to be in a structure problem. I tried to stick to a schedule for training but it all just falls apart. I feel worse and worse throughout the week and wonder why I'm feeling sluggish and looking rough. Wondering if I coukd get some tips on how to structure better or is it a discipline problem For reference here is my schedule I tried 6am-7am: Lift 7:30-3:30: Daily Work 4:00-5:30:Track Session 5:30-9: Eat and work on business 9-10: Get ready and be in bed
Another Question
Yesterday I did 4x150m and my first rep is always a practice rep like 75% and I always go up to like 85%, 95%, and then 100%. I don’t feel lactic acid at all. It’s just in between that 95 and 100 rep. I feel really tired is this normal? because normally when I’m doing another workout that has decent amount of repetitions I don’t feel as tired.
Question
How many days should I be training at the track because I train 2 days a week. Either I do 30m flys, 4x150s, and block work. Then I take a break and go to the gym 2 days a week and the rest is of the week is my break.
