Fly times plateauing, Advise?
This is 3x25m flys on a deload week and the times were all in the 2.72-.76 range which is kinda fried ngl. All my fly times have been stuck at like 1.02-1.08 per 10m for a few months and idk how to change that atp any tips (I don’t have any access to overspeed except for downhill runs I suppose )

Offseason training
guys i need some workout plans for me. I run the 100m, 200m, and occasionally would want to run the 4.I personally think my top speed is trash so training for these events good workouts would be 20m flys, 4x250,2x150s,2x300. Also in the gym powercleans, core, hip flexors, hip abduction, quarter, and normal squats. put me on game
