Win: Fitness & Fuel • morning routine workout 50 min, weight lifting - cold shower 🤙🏻 • Drink morning coffee with my wife 🥰 • Water & Healthy food • My brother is still in challenge 🔥 even he is on vacation.. 45 min every single day 👊🏻 Mindset & Disciplin • Learn Englisch (podcasts) • Wrote 1 lesson learned Love it, changed it or leave it!! Counts for all areas in life Business & Income • Did finish my 3 top prios at work • Track every € in and out, done • Cashflow not positiv this month, too many standing orders 😡 Relationship • no dinner today.. Lifestyle & Standards • Make bed, tidy space before leaving Struggle today: Didn't publish one piece of content about my expertise yet! Today I worked 16 h in office.. too long.

Staying unplugged (Oct 25-Nov 3)
I will be doing my daily tasks (walking, water and workout). I will post them all after I return from the digital detox.

✅Walk 10,000 steps ✅Drink 3 litres water ✅One hour weight training (push exercises)

Slow down workout, because I hurt my neck the day before yesterday.. It's a lot better than yesterday, have to recover before I get back to high level workout... 🤙🏻🔥
