Happy Thanksgiving! How’s life Jason ?This morning at the gym I realised I actually miss your weekly “build the man” tasks. Since we’re in the UK, I had some beef and veggies — trying to cut down on carbs and boost my protein lately.

The key lesson here is to let this system become an integral part of your identity. Repeat it until it becomes a part of you. This challenge served as a glimpse into how a man’s life is supposed to be. I’ve opened a new chapter in my digital diary where I continue to list every day as usual.
Day 42 // 07.10.2025
Morning routine every single day!! Workout 50 min Cold shower 3-5min Drink Coffee with my wife.. Eat breakfast. Cream of rice and skyr... Fitness ✅️ Only healthy food and 3l water impact. High protein.... Be in challenge with my brother.. Mindset ✅️ Learn Englisch during hear podcasts Read 5 pages Atomic Habits 2time Got the book Ask Who not How Leadership ✅️ Ask myself what my leader has to bring with for leading me.. analayze what kind of leader I am and what gab to my vision about a good leader is there.. Lesson learned: Don't make your person the important or laudest part in your company.. be silent a let you employee take smart decisions and bring new ideas.. Relationship ✅️ Fixed a date with my wife for kid-free-time Struggle ❌️✅️ Today nope
