TC Afternoon Activation - Grateful I’m really beginning to say no to things that do not serve me
Have been called twice this afternoon to go to the pub and go out on a boat, normally I’d say no with some sort of reasoning etc
Have recently just been saying “can’t this arvo im busy” with no justification
makes me realise how cowardly it is to justify why I do/do not choose to do something
