Grateful for small refinements being made daily

Grateful for the urge I have to push my body more and more everyday

Grateful to be living and have grown up in an objectively beautiful coastal town which city siders save up all year to visit for 2 weeks over Christmas time Something I’ve taken for granted many times in the past

Grateful I’m beginning to listen to my body and rest/train/sleep accordingly

TC Afternoon Activation - Grateful I’m really beginning to say no to things that do not serve me Have been called twice this afternoon to go to the pub and go out on a boat, normally I’d say no with some sort of reasoning etc Have recently just been saying “can’t this arvo im busy” with no justification makes me realise how cowardly it is to justify why I do/do not choose to do something
