reason - deiberately wanted a day to mentally and physicall recover (from 9 days straight working of 10 hour days plus intense training), where i got to do literally nothing, sleep, and play video games on computer
gratitude - for the grace of the Lord to save me by teaching me to self regulate when i hit my personal energy limits - now I can work effectively on this mission without crashing and burning like I used to
