Missed day clearance
missed days - 1 reason - deiberately wanted a day to mentally and physicall recover (from 9 days straight working of 10 hour days plus intense training), where i got to do literally nothing, sleep, and play video games on computer gratitude - for the grace of the Lord to save me by teaching me to self regulate when i hit my personal energy limits - now I can work effectively on this mission without crashing and burning like I used to

that gratitude is cool when it happens next, instead of fighting or resisting them, try smiling and welcoming them knowing God made u perfectly and this is part of u remembering that theres' nothing wrong w u - create an nlp anchor phrase and action eg think the word 'hi God'' to urself (or 'Hi Sean''), whatever works for u, WHILE smiling to the person ur talking to - they wont know what ur doing, theyll jus recieve positive energy and feel that ur listening to them, while ur upregulating ur own state into abundance = win win

nice i reckon most peoples happiness is discovered when they finally balance consumption with creation and vice versa as well as providing and recieving
