hahahaha 'triple texted' reminded me of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZChD_Gni8U&t=1s laughing cos its so relatable but also so fixable (ive been there, so has EVERY man ever, but the difference between the losers and winners is the winners suck it up, laugh at /be grateful for/pray for the pain of our problem, then apply daily effective action to fix the problem the reason for triple texting = purely a self esteem issue ie you have a lack of self esteem in the realm of female validation and don't feel internally complete/safe without being validated by random girls once you accept that, you gota now ask and answer this question: why do you need validation of a random girl so bad? - answer by investiagting: 1-attachment to your female caregivers early in life - where they present, did you have abondonment issues, an over bearing mother who you had to please to keep the peace at home, did your mum wear trousers and your dad had to bend to her will and that's your templare of women/male relationships? 2-sense of shame/guilt as a result of female interaction - invesitage how girls have made you feel growing up, were there any particularly traumatic one off instances early on, or chronic ongoing ones as you matured into an individual man? eg did u have older sister whose friends laughed at you, bullied by girl as a kid etc? rejectd in front of classmates or whatever 3-have grace and faith RIGHT NOW - youre alredy fixing all this shit without even realising it purely by asking for the help and being aware enough and doing youre best - so i promise time and faith will absolutely fix this - go easy on yourself - clearly ur making progres purely by getting the number which you never would have got in first place action right now - congratulate yoruself massively for creating the opportunity to triple text then laugh at yourself for triple texting a random chick (brush it off) knowing that 1-youre a man capable of getting sexcy girls numbers,
