I once heard this phrase: the first days of your period and what you do is how you deal with the sadness.
There is an opinion that the first days of menstruation are a time when the body “cries” because pregnancy has not occurred. And although we may not consciously plan a child, our body does a huge job every month, preparing a “house”.
I usually want to be on bed, drink hot tea, eat chocolate and watch movies. And it's the same for just sadness and menstruation.
