🎉 Aerials Done Right — 6 Weeks Complete!! 🎉
I am SO proud of you. Over the past six weeks we didn’t just “work on aerials” - we trained them the right way. You committed to the steps. You trusted the process. You cleaned up your technique. You got stronger. You became more consistent. And the progress has been really fun to watch. Some of you hit full aerials, some of you built beautiful, powerful foundations - and both are huge wins because this is exactly how real acro training works. This is not the end - this is your starting point. ➡️ Keep training your steps ➡️ Do not change your technique ➡️ Stay patient and keep getting your quality reps in Your aerial is built from that consistency. Thank you for showing up every week with such a positive, focused attitude. Teaching this first group of Aerial'ers has been wonderful and I’ve loved seeing your confidence grow. We will be running another Aerials Done Right in the coming months, and I would LOVE to see many of you back again - and ready to take it even further. ___________________________________________________________________ 👇 In the comments - tell me: What is the number one thing you learned in this course? I can’t wait to read your answers and celebrate your growth with you. 💙 So proud of you all. Keep flying… and keep training the right way. — Miss Melissa

Hi Aerial’ers 👋 It’s time to post your Module 5 homework!! This week is all about meeting yourself where you’re at and getting lots of quality reps in. Here’s how to choose what to post: 👉 Option 1: Record your FULL AERIALChoose this if you’re able to do one or you feel ready to confidently go for it. 👉 Option 2: Record the STEP you’re currently working onIf you’re still building, that’s totally okay. Stay with the step that feels strong and controlled for you: Step 2, Step 3, or Step 4. There’s no rush to move on. Repetition is what builds your aerial — not forcing the next step too soon. For this week’s homework: • Record a short video of your full aerial or • Record the step you’re currently training 📌 Important: When you post your video, please write which step you’re performing so I know exactly what you’re working on. Go practice, film your progress, and post it here in the chat, it doesn’t need to be perfect — progress comes from layering the steps properly. Can’t wait to see your videos! — Miss Melissa 💛

Hi Aerial’ers 👋 You made it to the final module — and now it’s time for your last homework post 🎉 This week is all about choosing a variation and making it your own. Here’s how to choose what to post: 👉 Option 1: Record a FULL AERIAL VARIATIONPick any variation from this module — easy, medium, or hard — and film your best attempt. 👉 Option 2: Record your AERIAL PREP into the variationIf you’re still working from Step 4, you can absolutely connect your prep into a variation. Many of them were designed for this! For this week’s homework: • Pick ONE variation from Module 6 • Film a short video• Post it in the group 📌 Important: Tell me which variation you’re performing (and if you’re doing it from Step 4 or from your full aerial). This is your final post for the course, so have fun with it, be creative, and show your progress 💫 It doesn’t need to be perfect — I just want to see you applying everything you’ve learned. So proud of all the work you’ve put in. Can’t wait to see your videos! — Miss Melissa 💛

Hey everyone! 👋 It’s time for your homework this week! We’re working on: AERIAL Step #4 The Landing If you’re ready for Step 4, practice putting all the steps together smoothly. It should start feeling more fluid and closer to a real aerial. If Step 4 feels too hard, that’s okay! You can stay on Step 1, 2, or 3 — just keep practicing the step that feels strong for you. For Your homework: • Record a short video of the step you’re practicing • Write which step you’re doing in your post • Upload it in the group when you’re ready Try to post by Wednesday so you can get your feedback before Friday’s lesson. So excited to see your progress! — Miss Melissa
