This week is all about choosing a variation and making it your own.

Here’s how to choose what to post:

👉 Option 1: Record a FULL AERIAL VARIATIONPick any variation from this module — easy, medium, or hard — and film your best attempt.

👉 Option 2: Record your AERIAL PREP into the variationIf you’re still working from Step 4, you can absolutely connect your prep into a variation. Many of them were designed for this!

For this week’s homework:

• Pick ONE variation from Module 6

• Film a short video•
