I had 2 realizations from this weeks Q&A: I have a core strength issue, but since I started doing strength training I don’t have the numbness and tingling in my forearms and hands!
I went to a Barre class this week and my calves, hamstrings and hips are so much stronger than they were last summer when I did this class.
