STARTING A COMMUNITY

Firstly thank for the advice/support I’ve had since joining this group it’s all been very helpful, I was hoping for peoples thoughts on me launching our first community ?

Something I was kind of questioning, I believe we have a great model to offer members. However I was questioning how soon we would take it live, do we build awareness of it coming soon and hope to have a large sing up from day one or just put it out there and grow on the back of that. I think my main concern would be people being put off by only seeing a low amount of members?
