@Sam Joy just going through the property fundamentals classes. I am on the capital appreciation class. The “£30,000 we need to buy for the £100,000 property” is that coming from the bank as a loan? Or is it coming from us as the property investor to then earn a return on it? Hope that makes sense

Yes DPN!! We’re closing out Q2 today🔥🔥 And what a quarter this has been for many of us in spite of not everything going the way we wanted to, dont let that define how the remainder of the year is gonna play out💪 Every tough moment we ve pushed through this quarter wasn’t there to stop us but they were there as a feedback of what needs fine tuning before the next stretch❤️ We can all sit back, cry and complain about what didn’t happen or get finally clear on what needs changing Bitter or better- choice is ours! I genuinely still believe this is still our year: you’re still here, still making moves, still showing up.
