Weekly goals
Happy bank holiday! 1) proof read website and link it in bios on social media 2) speak to Sam (accountant) and get some advice 3) continue on my plans to build up an inventory of content and start to get to the point where I can schedule posts

@Sam Joy that’s really our next step really want to get some investors in hence the website and have that landing space for them. Regarding my friends property I’ve asked her if she can go down the route of evicting the tenants and then I will be more than happy to sell it as bricks and mortar. I really wasn’t feeling comfortable any other option as it’s not a deal I’d personally buy.

@Sam Joy exactly! It has to be right. So I’m just following her and checking in if she is following the advice or still wanting to sell as is. But I’m comfortable to walk away.

Not the greatest wins this week, was a really weird one and outside life took a bit more precedence. 1) learnt a lot from the Monday zoom and making notes how to implement it into the business 2) had a meeting to discuss options for the property for my friend, giving them realistic options and advice. 3) created and posted a new post, with a clear strategy how to now produce consistent content

@Sam Joy Thank so much! Really encouraging and appreciated. Yes will definitely be coming for advice. Regarding my friend, I even gave them the option of R2R and seemed open, just need to get more in-site in what that in-tells and also the option to sell as residential but the idea of haunt to evict everyone before doing so might be hard she felt or potentially drag out the process.
