Ok i need some help with an agent please! I have explained how I do things but she doesn't seem to quite understand it. She asked for a formal offer through email with identification etc. I responded with I'm unable to do this as I dont know yet what investor this deal will go too - her response is attached! :) I'm thinking something along the lines off - Good question, happy to clarify. I work with a network of investors and source deals on their behalf. I don't take a price to a specific investor until terms are agreed with the seller — once I have that, I share the details across my network and move quickly to a confirmed buyer. If the investor I have in mind doesn't go for it, I have a number of others I can present it to.

1. Tuesday up north went extremely well. See 7 off markets and 5 potentials. Hard hats to Heels attended in Sheffield. These events are really helping gain some good contacts 2. Social media post on the change in government reached just under 10k followers and hell a lot of followers. 1 more to go till 500! 3. Booked in an investor onboarding next week. Reach was from social media 4. WhatsApp group grew to 40 people Good week for only working two days. Bit gutted that it seems like my first deal is falling out of bed originally sourced but taking it as a learnings - Investors and sellers to sign the dotted lines! Still have my fingers crossed on it coming through 🙌 We go again next week!
