@Sam Joy I am looking at a property now. Its says its a 2 bed but looks like they added another room. Do I compare it to 2 beds still or 3 beds

When you mean added another room where in the property do you have the floorplan so I can see the layout and size

@Aaliyah Dias-Williams The issue may be that the room doesn't meet regulations to be classed as a 3 bedroom so it could be used as that but would be valued as a 2 bed

If I was to buy this, I would want to renovate it so that I could increase the value of the property. This can be difficult when you have a living tenant. I personally wouldn’t say this would be a Turkey deal just because of the condition.
