I am relatively new to this, I have just become fully compliant but have not put a deal together to sell yet, this should change in the next couple of weeks. My long term goals are to deal source, take on some R2R deals for cash flow and invest in some more vanilla BTL’s. I live and work in Edinburgh, but am looking to source and invest mostly in the NE England, and maybe Scotland if I can get my head around making the different rules in Scotland work with deal sourcing….🤣

Hi everyone, I’m Mario. Really pleased to be here and excited to be one of the first members in the DPN community. My main goal is to build my own property portfolio through buying distressed properties, refurbishing them, refinancing, and holding them as rentals for long-term cash flow. I’m also keen to strengthen my knowledge around deal packaging, sourcing, investor relationships, and spotting opportunities that can be structured properly. Right now I’m focused on putting the right foundations in place, building local agent relationships, and getting fully immersed in the process day to day.
