March is here, which means we're already two-thirds of the way through the first quarter of the year.

January 1st, you had a vision. You probably wrote something down. Maybe set some goals, made some promises to yourself about what THIS year was going to look like.

So... how's it actually going?

I'm not asking to put anyone on the spot. I'm asking because this is the exact moment most people go quiet. Right when an honest check-in matters most.
