Creamy Avocado Sauce
Ok, so I made the creamy avocado sauce and it was great! I have a story lol. I remember when I first moved in with Randy and Celi almost 9 years ago. We used to treat ourselves to these delicious tacos at this small little Mexican restaurant down the block on 63rd st. This was the first time I had avocado sauce and it was delicious! I've tried making it myself a few times and failed so I left it alone until now. There is one thing though, I reeeeaaaallly like it and now I have to watch how much I eat lol. DARN IT! JK. It's all good. I also can adjust to my liking, more avocado and less yogurt, just a tad differnce not much. But amazing nonetheless. Thanks for the recipe Coach 😇
Garlic chicken and veggie skillet
Another delicious meal! The veggies were perfect together. I don’t cook with paprika and decided to give it a shot. It was well worth it. Again I followed the recipe. There was one change I made. Instead of rice I added cauliflower rice. Still used one cup. It was so goooood! I didn’t have white rice but it was still really good. My takeaway: Fresh vegetables: tasty and light, can cook them to my liking. I cooked them a little longer than the recipe suggests for a more softer texture. For this dish, a little more crunch would have made it perfect so follow the recipe. Fresh grated garlic, flavor booster for sure. Paprika was tasty and very different for me in a good way. For me, rice can be heavy at dinner time so the cauliflower rice really made it perfect. Just another added vegetable: bonus I give this a 10++. Healthy, fresh and filling. I am starting to enjoy food out of my comfort zone and this one is on top of the list. Thanks again Coach

Lean Beef recipe
If you guys aren't looking at the recipe sections then you are missing out. I made the lean beef recipe today. It was soooo good. I trusted the ingredients and I followed the recipe step by step (I almost never do that) and this came out amazingly good. I added a side of cucumber which really went well with this dish. it was refreshing and light. I never had coconut aminos lol. I bought it, instead of soy sauce, and actually felt the different in a huge way. How I never knew about that sauce is beyond me. Usually after eating food with soy sauce, light or otherwise, I need a gallon of water, I feel my body, it's strange but true. with this one, it was refreshing and I felt like I just gave my body love. I also used quinoa/brown rice instead of white. Great recipe! I will definitely make this one again. On to the next!

PB power toast
I tried the power toast thats in the nutrition classroom. it was different and I may need more practice but it was really delicious and very filling. Great for a pick me up and when I don't want to eat heavy. I don't know who's recipe that is but its pretty good.
