I'm glad to be participating in this community. I'm a widow of 3 plus years in a huge transitional period of my life. Interested in all spiritual traditions and being present in the world to all that is. I live in New York City. I'm glad I met Rick recently and found this community.

Hi everyone. I live in Edmonton, AB with my wife and two boys. We are a clan of nerds. I am more likely to be found at a keyboard exploring AI than doing much else. I love exploring how AI can enhance our lives and solve greater challenges for humanity. I spend a lot of time in meditation and breathwork. Rick gave me my first journal about 15 years ago and I have been hooked on journaling ever since! I have had a variety of experiences that have helped me earn a few grey hairs. I am excited to make the next part of my journey about inner work.
