🕊️ A Knowing Moment: Moving With Your Rhythm
🔥 Each cycle asks for a rhythm. Sometimes rest, sometimes courage, sometimes letting go. Honoring the rhythm brings greater ease. INVITATION: What rhythm feels true for you right now?

Thank you Rick. This is yet another great question. Today, I am reflecting on the concept of how I can guide my students towards better outcomes. Brace yourself, I am building a releasing break into every aspect of what I am designing for myself. I heard you years ago and finally truly embrace it. I release my expectations for my students before every interaction to ensure that I am not projecting my expectations onto them. Suddenly, my students are calmer and more focused, and capable of learning more. I guess that means I am focusing on a season of deep releasing. Wants are like weeds in my mental garden. And, they also serve a purpose, so maybe they are wild plants?

@Rick Solomon thank you. I have an excellent guide and my travel companions are pretty spectacular. My wonderful wife and awesome boys help me see when I am taking myself and life too seriously. As I am releasing, I realize how my ego can get in the way of building emotional space for learning. You demonstrated this for years, thank you. I am now internalizing it fully. Results are zmazing.
🕊️ A Knowing Moment: Reflecting on Your Season
✨ Reflection helps reveal what the season, the “what is", has been teaching you. Even small insights can shift everything. Reflection: What did this week show you about your season?

I am in a season of reflection and am ready to transition to a new phase.
🕊️ A Knowing Moment: Meeting Life Gently
🌙 Freedom begins when we stop resisting "what is" in our life. Meeting life as it is allows the tension to dissolve. Invitation: Where can you meet life more gently?

Great question Rick. I have spent my life swimming against the current. I have learned to let go and drift with it. I care more about the journey and stopped trying to force a destination. The recognition that life is not a race I am in a rush to finish has been hugely helpful.
🕊️ A Knowing Moment: Trusting the Quiet Yes
🔥 Inner wisdom doesn’t push—it feels like a gentle recognition inside. When you feel it, something in you simply knows. Invitation: When have you felt that quiet inner “yes”?

Great question Rick. Somewhere in the middle of the night, I woke up with a strange knowing. And, it was very unexpected. I had this wave of gratitude flow over me for all of the struggles I have had in my life. Those struggles were really the trials and tribulations that made me who I am. I am genuinely grateful for every single thing that has happened in my life for my learning benefit.

@Rick Solomon thank you. In the past, I would get worried that I didn't understand "why" I felt a certain way. Now, I just trust the feeling. I will take feeling gratitude any day!
🦃 A Thanksgiving Day Reflection
On this Thanksgiving morning, I want to pause with you and take in the quiet beauty of this day. There is something deeply nourishing about setting aside a moment to appreciate the simple miracle of being alive. Of breathing, of feeling, of being present to the fullness of our lives. Today is a day to honor the people who have touched our hearts, walked beside us, shared laughter, listened deeply, or simply made life a little lighter and a little more beautiful. Whether they are near or far, their presence has left an imprint that lives within us. It’s also a day to appreciate the small, everyday moments that so often go unnoticed. The warmth of morning light, the comfort of a familiar voice, the softness of a quiet moment, the kindness exchanged between strangers, the feeling of belonging. These are the moments that shape a life and remind us of the quiet abundance we already carry. As we give thanks, let’s also honor the wisdom that has grown in us over the years. The insight that comes from living, loving, learning, and simply paying attention. The wisdom that shows up in the softening of our hearts, the clarity in our choices, and the quiet peace we feel when we pause long enough to notice. And I want to say from my heart: I’m so grateful for this community. For the sincerity, openness, and humanity each of you brings. There is something special growing here. A sense of belonging, of shared understanding, of walking the path of life together with kindness and care. May today fill your heart with warmth and meaning. May you feel surrounded, in person and in spirit, by the goodness that has touched your life. May you savor the simple joys that make this day feel so alive. And if you feel so moved, I invite you to share with us what is in your heart in this moment. Wishing you a peaceful, meaningful, and love-filled Thanksgiving. With gratitude and love, Rick
